I collect toys, both from my youth and today's fare. I collect movie related items, such as posters, lobby cards, and storyboards. I comic related statues, props, and various other items such as prose books.
Pretty much, if it's got the S on it, I buy it.
I wear Superman pajamas, jewelry, and I swear if I could find some in adult sizes, I'd wear the under roos too.
My comic collection is pretty complete from Superman #233 (the epic Kryptonite Nevermore issue that began the Sandman saga and brought about the first lasting changes in the Superman line in the Bronze age) to today's New 52 incarnation. I have various scattered issues in the Silver Age and quite the handful from the coveted Golden Age including Action Comics #23 (the first appearance of Luthor). Most of Silver Age and Golden age reading is usually in Trade Paperback form (don't call them Graphic Novels... that just makes you look like a hipster douchebag.)
On this blog, I will be making my way through Superman from issue #233 to today.
Here is a warning though: I WILL detour into the wacky hijinks of Lois Lane as she marries her way through the DC Universe. How can I not?!
